With weapons kit lens AF-S 18-55mm VR, D3100 has a line of other great features such as ISO 12 800 and a maximum of two engines EXPEED processor. Sensors in the D3100 is using a resolution of 14 MP CMOS sensor (D3000 still with a CCD sensor resolution of 10 MP). D3100 still offer a flexible 11 point AF, plus a 3-inch LCD display support resolution 230 thousand pixels.
D3100 is Nikon's first DSLR that can record video with full High Definition resolution or 1920 x 1080 pixels. This movie features the D3100 supports the continuous AF so no longer need to manually adjust the focus ring while recording video. This makes the D3100 as an entry-level DSLR most feature laden ever made by Nikon.
